Parking Garage Painting & Striping

Parking garages have a specific set of requirements: durability, reflectivity (paint-grade whites bounce light and improve visibility), and compliance with stall dimension and accessibility standards.

For concrete walls and columns, we use masonry paint formulated for parking garage environments — able to handle vehicle exhaust, humidity, salt tracking, and regular washing.

For floor striping, we use traffic-grade line paint applied with a line-striping machine. Stall lines, directional arrows, accessible stall markings, and fire lane designations are all handled in compliance with OBC and municipal standards.
