Who we are

Sky Painting is a painting company based in Toronto, Ontario, operating at https://sky-painting.ca. We are subject to Canadian privacy law (PIPEDA).

What we collect

When you submit a quote request or contact form, we collect:

• Your name, email address, and phone number
• Your property address
• Photos and descriptions of your project
• Project preferences (paint type, timeline, services needed)

We also collect standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) for security and performance purposes.

How we use it

We use your information to:

• Prepare and send you a painting quote
• Communicate with you about your project
• Schedule and deliver painting services

We do not use your information for marketing without your explicit consent. We do not sell your data. We do not share it with third parties except where required to deliver the service (e.g., our email provider, Resend).

Photos

Photos you submit are used solely to prepare your quote. They are sent securely to Reza via email. They are not stored publicly, not indexed by search engines, and not shared with anyone outside the project scope. We delete submitted photos within 90 days of project completion.

Cookies and analytics

This site uses Google Analytics (via Google Tag Manager) to understand how visitors use the site. This may set cookies. You can opt out using your browser settings or a browser extension that blocks tracking scripts. We do not use advertising cookies.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting us at info@sky-painting.ca. We will respond within 30 days.
