For most jobs, no. Submit photos and a few details online and Reza will send an accurate written estimate — no site visit required. We only book an in-person look for unusual or large-scale projects.

Condo painting comes with constraints that house painting doesn't. Elevators must be booked. Paint and materials can't sit in hallways. Noise is an issue before 8am and after 8pm. We know this, and we plan around it.

We work efficiently in condo buildings — we've painted hundreds across the GTA. We show up with exactly what we need, keep the hallway clear, and finish on time. Elevator bookings and building access are handled by you in advance; we show up ready.

For empty units, we can often turn a full interior repaint in one or two days. For occupied units, we work in sections and keep dust to a minimum.

Our process

Protect & prep
We cover floors, furniture, and fixtures with drop cloths and plastic, then tape off trim and edges so nothing but the target surface gets touched.

Repair & sand
Holes, cracks, and dents are filled; glossy or rough areas are sanded so the new paint bonds cleanly and lays flat.

Prime where needed
Bare, patched, or stained areas are spot-primed — or fully primed on big colour changes — to seal the surface and guarantee even coverage.

Two finish coats
We apply two coats of premium Benjamin Moore, Sherwin-Williams, or Behr paint in your chosen finish, cutting in by hand for crisp, straight lines.

Clean up & walkthrough
We remove all materials, put the room back together, and walk the finished job with you — fixing anything that isn't right before we leave.
