Anti-Graffiti Coating

Graffiti is a recurring cost for commercial properties, transit facilities, and multi-residential buildings. The right anti-graffiti system turns a recurring problem into a once-a-season pressure wash.

We apply two types of systems depending on the surface and the risk level. Sacrificial coatings are clear, wax-based products — graffiti is cleaned off with hot water, taking the coating with it, then reapplied. Permanent (non-sacrificial) coatings allow graffiti to be removed with solvent without stripping the coating underneath.

For masonry, concrete, and metal surfaces, we recommend permanent systems. For surfaces that can't be chemically cleaned easily, sacrificial coatings are more practical.
